We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly assist you with a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Refund Request Timeline:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed.

Once your order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Condition of Products:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Have all tags and labels intact.

Non-Refundable Items:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel orders and return products within 14 days of receiving their items. This allows you to inspect the product and change your mind if it does not meet your expectations. Certain exclusions apply (e.g., personalized items or opened products).

Refund Processing:

Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
